Lazy Saturday and Brownies

Sometimes the simple Saturdays are the most fun.  Easy lunch, and some Diet Coke :)


I got outside to play some tennis today, for the first time in months! It was so.  much.  fun.  I am pumped for the season!!  One month away :)

Now, if you need a way to spice up your weekend, make brownies.  With black beans.  And olive oil and a pinch of whole wheat flour.  And a healthy dose of cocoa powder and chocolate chips, of course!  I'm pretty sure these qualify as 'snack' as opposed to 'dessert', because of the health-factor, which makes it even more of a good thing to eat brownies.  Enjoy!
